Milton Keynes Talking Therapies, together with community partners, have organised Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust's very first Black Men's Wellbeing Festival.

The festival is an eight-week online series designed to create open and honest conversations about the wellbeing of Black men.

🗓️ Every Tuesday from 7 April - 26 May

🕖 7pm

Join every Tuesday using this link.

Each weekly session will be led by a different community organisation, speaker, or lived-experience voice. Sessions will explore important themes including identity, mental health, masculinity, relationships, fatherhood, physical health, and trust in services.

This community-led initiative creates a welcoming space where Black men can reflect on shared experiences, learn from one another, and hear from professionals and community leaders working to improve wellbeing support. The sessions are informal, supportive and discussion-based, focusing on awareness, connection, and community dialogue, with signposting to relevant support services where needed.
