The CNWL GEM Awards (Greatness in Every Moment) are back, celebrating the outstanding care, compassion and professionalism shown by our staff and teams every day.
The awards recognise individuals and teams across CNWL who go above and beyond to support service users, carers, families and colleagues, and who live our values in everything they do.
You are invited to nominate!
If you or someone you care for has had a positive experience of care or support, this is your opportunity to say thank you. Submit a nomination for a staff member or team who has made a real difference.
You don’t need to write a lot – simply tell us what the person or team did, and why it mattered to you.

Nominations are welcome across a range of categories, including:
- SCARF Superstar Team Award (for teams only)
- Safety Guardian Award
- Respect in Every Step Award
- Fairness Advocate Award
- Reflective Practitioner Award
- The Heart of Compassion Award
- Partnership Champion Award
- Accountability in Action Award
- Empowerment Enabler Award

Each category celebrates different ways our staff and teams demonstrate care, respect, fairness, safety and reflection in their work.
