Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) provides more than 300 services, delivered by over 8,000 staff, supporting more than 350,000 people each year. We care for people of all ages across mental and community health, learning disabilities, rehabilitation, substance misuse, sexual health and dental services.

Looking back on the past year, there is a lot to be proud of. CNWL is currently the top-performing Trust for mental health services and ranked second overall across mental health and community Trusts in the NHS Oversight Framework.

Colleagues have found new ways to improve care, make services more efficient and give patients access to innovative treatments. This included launching our first staff innovation fund, Pitch Perfect, supporting projects ranging from patient work experience opportunities at Busy Brewing Café to faster diabetes testing and new digital tools that free up more time for patient care. We also expanded access to specialist treatments and continued to strengthen mental health crisis care.

In our review of the year we say: 

"None of this would be possible without our people. We are lucky to have such skilled and compassionate people working for CNWL and the NHS. This year we saw our highest-ever response to the staff survey – a powerful sign of engagement, trust and pride across the organisation."

This year, we're combining the AGM with CNWL Unpacked, our webinar series led by expert colleagues. Hosted by Divisional Director, Vanessa Odlin, who will be joined by Guy Harman, Professional Lead Psychologist for Older Adults who will lead a discussion about dementia. Ask him any questions on the night!

You'll also get an update on how the Trust has performed over the past year and learn more about our finances and future plans. There will be an opportunity to ask questions to our senior leaders and Governors.

Everyone is welcome to attend, including patients, carers, staff, members of the public and local partners. Feel free to invite friends and family too.
