We are developing CNWL's Trust Strategy for the next five years.
Before the strategy is finalised, we want to hear from as many people who use our services, partners and communities as possible. This will set a clear path to providing consistently excellent care for everyone who needs it and supporting our staff to thrive in their roles.
As people who use and know our services, we want to hear your views on our proposed priorities and ambitions for the next five years to ensure these reflect your reality. Your feedback will help shape the final strategy.
The draft strategy focuses on 3 areas
- We will set the standard for neighbourhood care, so people consistently experience seamless, community-based, support close to home
- We will intervene early, and place young people at the centre of our work
- We will be a leader in transforming healthcare using digital, data and research
