Although the latest UKHSA figures show overall STI diagnoses have decreased across England, London continues to experience the highest rates of sexually transmitted infections in the country, particularly among young adults. Young people aged 15–24 remain the group most affected, while chlamydia continues to account for almost half of all STI diagnoses nationally.
That's why London Sexual Health Services are encouraging everyone to make simple, safer choices this summer.

CNWL Surrey Sexual Health has a dedicated page to order home testing kits. There are two types of kits available, one for people aged 16 and over (which tests for Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, HIV and Syphilis) and a Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea test for under 25s.

CNWL Surrey Sexual Health also now has a dedicated sexual health young person's clinic for 13 to 19 year olds every Tuesday from 3pm to 6pm at Buryfields Clinic, 61 Lawn Road, Guildford, GU2 4AX and at Earnsdale Clinic, 2 Whitepost Hill, Redhill, RH1 6BD and Woking Clinic, Woking Hospital, Heathside Road, Woking GU22 7HS. You can book an appointment at any of these clinics here. Alternatively, at our Buryfields Clinic you can just turn up during the young person’s clinic hours without an appointment and you will still be seen!
The clinic offers:
- Sexual health testing and treatment
- Condoms and PrEP (a pill to prevent HIV)

- Pregnancy testing
- Advice and care for all who identify as LGBT+
