We’re growing our IPS Employment Service and are looking for passionate people to join our team.
We are currently recruiting for:
These are two distinct roles, but they share one powerful purpose:
supporting people with mental health challenges to move into meaningful employment, build confidence, and achieve greater independence.
About the roles
Working within our IPS (Individual Placement and Support) service, you will support individuals on their recovery journey to identify their strengths, develop skills, and access sustainable paid employment.
Depending on the role, you will bring either:
- Professional experience in employment support or vocational services (Employment Specialist), or
- Lived experience of mental health recovery, using your personal journey to inspire and support others (Peer Employment Specialist)
What you’ll do
Across both roles, you will:
- Support people with mental health challenges into meaningful employment
- Provide personalised, recovery-focused support
- Build trusting, person-centred relationships
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Help people develop confidence, skills, and independence

If you are looking for a role with real purpose where your work directly supports people to rebuild their confidence, independence, and future - we would love to hear from you.
