Pitch Perfect, a CNWL initiative has been shortlisted for a prestigious CIPD People Management Award in the Best Employee Experience Initiative – Public Sector category, recognising the Trust's commitment to fostering innovation and empowering staff.

The nomination celebrates Pitch Perfect, CNWL's innovation programme that provides funding and support for staff-led ideas aimed at improving patient care, staff experience and service delivery across the Trust.

Pitch Perfect enables colleagues from all professions and services to develop innovative projects and bring them to life, helping turn ideas into tangible improvements that benefit patients, communities and staff. Since its launch, the programme has supported a wide range of initiatives that have driven positive change across CNWL.

Being shortlisted for a national award is recognition of the impact the programme has had in creating a culture where innovation can thrive and where staff are encouraged to shape the future of healthcare.

The winners will be announced at the CIPD People Management Awards ceremony in September.

The shortlist reflects CNWL's ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive and empowering workplace where staff are supported to develop ideas, test new approaches and drive meaningful change.
