CNWL Milton Keynes Talking Therapies service are hosting Seen, Heard & Valued: Black Women's Wellbeing Day 2026, a dedicated event designed to create space for connection, reflection, learning and wellbeing.
The event will bring together expert speakers, lived experience voices and wellbeing practitioners to explore topics including identity and belonging, maternal health, neurodiversity, trauma, resilience and self-care.
Taking place on Saturday 24 October 2026, 9am to 4pm, attendees can expect insightful discussions, practical wellbeing activities and opportunities to connect with others in a supportive environment.
The day aims to ensure Black women feel seen, heard and valued, while encouraging open conversations about wellbeing, community and empowerment.
