    CNWL welcomed consultants from the Trust and West London NHS Trust to our Introduction to Mentoring for Consultants training. The interactive programme introduced the principles and practice of mentoring, explored the qualities of an effective mentor, and provided practical opportunities to develop core mentoring skills through discussion, reflection and role-play.
